Known for his clear, compassionate, and humorous teaching style, Greg enjoys sharing the benefits of meditation, as a means to help others cultivate a sense of balance, calm, and inner peace. The class will begin with a guided meditation, which will be followed by a talk and discussion about meditation. Discussion topics will include “Tips for Successful Beginner Meditations,” “The Benefits of Meditation,” and “How to Incorporate a Meditation Practice into a Busy Life”.
